Health & Safety Awareness and Continual Training of all LCA Controls personnel is an area of our business that is treated with the highest level of importance. The company aims to achieve nothing less than a perfectly safe working environment for all of its employees and co workers.
We practice zero tolerance: Breaches of our safety management system are not tolerated and reporting of incidents, however minor is mandatory. This allows full analysis of accurate figures, investigations and trends.
