| Description | LCA Controls expect high standards of their staff and they are currently looking for an experienced Contracts Manager who will take charge of technical, contractual and financial responsibility for allocated projects.
Your role will include maximising the company’s profits, building and maintaining good relationships with clients with the prospect of repeat business. You will attend tender, handover and pre contract meetings with the Estimating department. Produce materials, subcontractor, installation, procurement and drawing programmes whilst supervising staff and liaising with the contract estimator on distribution/material scheduling, phasing and programming requirements. You must be able to meet strict deadlines, control labour and subcontractors for both performance and cost and consistently show good financial returns on projects. Candidates should have detailed experience in the Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering Contracting industry, with experience in the following industries:-
